Fulfilment & Tracking of Treadmill & Elliptical Machines

We offer four different types of delivery:
FREE Curbside Delivery: The freight company will place the machine on your curbside property. You will need to bring it into your home. Please have someone available to help you carry the product in.
Expedited Curbside Delivery ($89): Same as the above + item will be shipped the next business day and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days versus the standard 7-10 business days.
Room of Choice Delivery** ($99): For only $99 more, you can get an upgraded delivery method known as "Inside Room or Choice". The driver will unload the machine and take it inside the house and place the box in any room on the first or second floor (A Surcharge of $35 per flight (floor) will apply if the item is being delivered to a third story or higher). Assembly is fairly easy, it takes about 45-60 minutes for any treadmill and 60-120 minutes for ellipticals. Please check our assembly and tune-up videos
Premium Room of Choice & Assembly** ($299): Lastly, we offer a premium level of service, which incorporates delivery and assembly inside any room within your home. Like the other delivery methods, you will receive a phone call from the local terminal to schedule your delivery (2-4 hours window), then one of our service technicians will pre-schedule the assembly with you prior to the product's arrival. It is important to have the delivery driver place the box in the exact location for the assembly (your room of choice). The assemblers will unpack your machine and assemble it fully. They will also remove the packaging materials if you request for no additional charge*.
Detailed Outline of fulfilment & delivery options of Treadmill or Elliptical machines
All orders are sent to the warehouse for registering and pulling once a day, Monday through Friday, at 9am. Orders received after 9am are sent the next business day.
In-stock items are typically picked up within 24-48 hours of registration.
After pick-up, you will receive a fulfillment email showing you that your product is on its way. There will be no tracking code with this email.
Your credit card is billed only the day after pick up.
7 - 12 business days from the pickup date, a local delivery agent will contact you to make an appointment for delivery.

* In order to reserve your right to return the product under our 60 day trial period, Yowza Fitness requires keeping the packaging materials for that period of time. ** In order to provide the best possible experience we require an additional 2-4 business days for this shipping option.

Canadian Customers: There is only one shipping option for Canadian customers. It is the curbside option, and the cost is $149US, which covers all shipping and duty to the customer.

We will ship your purchase to any continental U.S port for free, and you would then be responsible to arrange final destination from the freight forwarder of your choice.

Use the tracking form below only in a case when you ordered an item that was shipped by UPS and you received a tracking number via email.
