YOWZA Fitness® Money Back Guarantee

 

Yowza Fitness® guarantees full customer satisfaction on all of our products for a full 30 days after delivery.  The team at YOWZA Fitness® has worked very hard to provide you with the very best quality and design that the fitness industry has to offer.   However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, you may return it to receive a full refund.*  To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact Customer Service at 877-969-9240. After Yowza has received and inspected your machine, we will run a credit on your credit card for the product cost only - see details below.

Return Policy

Procedure to obtain refund:

1         Obtain an RMA number from Customer Service within 30 days of delivery,

2         Return all equipment in the original packaging.  No exceptions will be made to this policy.   Returns will be refused if they arrive at Yowza's return location no packaged properly.

3         Prepay and insure return freight, and ship the unit back to our returns warehouse address as shown on the RMA form

*Refund does not include shipping, delivery and assembly charges.  Please retain the original packaging when you receive your merchandise and hold the packaging for the 30 day return period.  Refused shipments or cancelled orders after fulfillment are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

In the event that a product arrives damaged to your home please do the following:  Call our customer service number to report the damage and note on the bill of lading that the product was visibly damaged due to shipping.  That will allow us to take care of repairing or replacing your product much faster.  Customers will not be held responsible for shipping costs related to transportation related damage incidents only the customer marks "product damaged in shipping" on the delivery receipt.  If customer signs the delivery receipt without noting the damage next to their signature, then customer is responsible for full cost of return shipping. 

Items returned that are covered under the Yowza Fitness® warranty without allowing us to correct any defect or failure are subject to all terms of this policy. 

This policy is offered exclusively to residential consumers and does not apply in  purchases made for commercial use (i.e associations, member based usage). 

Products returned without an RMA# will not be accepted at our warehouse.
