Shipping options and procedures For USA and Canada
Regardless of where you live YOWZA Fitness can offer you the best shipping and delivery experience available today. Please select the type of shipment that you prefer when you check out.
“Curbside delivery” is the least expensive delivery method and is generally free on most of our cardiovascular products like treadmills or ellipticals. Once the unit leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a pro number and a link to the website where you can track your machine. We generally ship all orders in 1-3 days assuming the item is in stock. You can expect about 10-14 days on average in transit time depending on your location, weather conditions etc. Yowza Fitness can not guarantee delivery on any specific date. *AK & HI customers read below.
Once the machine arrives at the local shipping terminal you will get a call from the dispatcher to schedule a four hour window for which your product will be delivered. Curbside deliveries are usually placed in a driveway or someplace outside of the home with easy access for a truck. We recommend this type of delivery if you have family and friends who can assist in getting the unit into the room where you are going to assemble it. Once taken out of the box the machine can be wheeled around for easy transport.
For only $99 more you can get an upgraded delivery method known as “ Inside Room or Choice” With this method our shipping partner will deliver your machine on a liftgate truck with two drivers. They will unload the machine and take it inside the house and place the box in any room on the first or second floor (Spiral staircases or low ceilings may pose limitations). (surcharge will apply if higher than the 2nd floor) Like Curbside delivery, this method ships the next business day and takes between 10-14 days to ship to most areas. Assembly is fairly easy (takes about 45-60 minutes for treadmills and the Largo and 60-120 minutes for the Captiva, Sanibel and Navarre).
Lastly, we offer a “White Glove” delivery for an upcharge of $199 which incorporates full delivery and assembly inside any room within your home. In most cases assemblies are handled by American Direct Logistics (800-988-3554) our assembly partner and their technicians are well versed in all aspects of assembling treadmills and ellipticals. We stand 100% behind their work and ADL will contact you by phone and email to arrange a seamless delivery and assembly experience. In the event ADL does not service your area the shipper will arrange for delivery and assembly through their professional assembly groups. Like the other delivery methods, you will get an email with a tracking number after shipment and then you will receive a phone call from the local terminal to schedule your delivery window. It is important to have the delivery driver place the box in the exact location for the assembly. If movement is required during assembly there will be an additional charge. The assemblers will un-box your machine and assemble it fully.
* In order to reserve your right to return the product under our 60 day trial period, Yowza Fitness recommends keeping the packaging materials for that period of time.
Canadian Customers:
There is only one shipping option for Canadian customers. It is the curbside option and the cost is $149 US which covers all shipping and duty to the customer.
*AK and HI customers: Yowza will offer free delivery to the port of your choice ie: Long Beach, Seattle etc. Customer will be responsible to arrange the delivery to the final destination via a freight forwarder or some other means.
